밤마다 하루만큼의 살갗에 돋아난

밤마다 하루만큼의 슬픔에 돋아난 

부정의 가시를 자르며 운다.

밤마다 하루씩 깊은 어둠을 넘어

그 어둠의 기슭에 흐르는 물처럼

바람부는 마당을 가로질러 가는 너

더운 목숨의 정으로도 어쩌지 못하는 

그대 붙박힌 혼 앞에서

정물 하나까지 소리내어 끊는 밤은 

하늘의 정적이 지상을 덮는다

아는가, 우리가 등돌려 

거리에서 돌아 올 때
