제목:  once upon a time

지금부터 내가 들려줄 이야기는 내가 사는 한국에서 약 22시간 정도 걸리는 메솟에 CDC(Children Development Centre)학교를 다니고 있는 쌍둥이 자매 미진과 영진이 들려준 이야기다. 자매가 내게 들려준 이야기는 쌍둥이 자매가 어릴 적 할아버지께서 들려주셨다던 버마의 옛날이야기이다. 버마의 옛이야기라고 해도 내용은 낯설지 않은 한 번씩은 접해봤을 법한 이야기이다.

ShinMway loan과 Min Nan Da는 사랑에 빠져있습니다. 그들은 서로를 굉장히 많이 사랑합니다. 하지만 그들의 부모님은 이 사랑을 인정하지 않습니다. 부모님은 그들이 끝나길 바라지요. 하루는 남자가 여자의 집으로 옵니다. 하지만 부모님이 대나무로 울타리를 만들었어요. 그래서 남자는 여자에게 갈 수 없었습니다. 하지만 그들은 서로를 만나고 싶어 했어요. 차라리 죽는 게 낫다고 생각했어요. 천국에서는 서로를 만날 수 있을 거라 생각했지요. 결국 그들은 죽었고 하늘에 별이 되었습니다. 하지만 role of bamboo는 항상 그들의 사이에 존재했습니다.(그 별이 오리온자리라는 설이 있던데 믿거나, 말거나)

ShinMway loan and Min Nan Da are in love. They love each other so much, but their parents denied their relationship. They wanted this couple to end the relationship. One day, the boy came to the girl's house, but their parents made role with bamboo so the boy couldn't go near her. They were so desperate to meet each other. They thought it was better to die if they can't meet each other. They thought they could meet in the heaven. At last, they killed themselves and became a star in the sky. However the role of bamboo is always with them.( There is a theory that star is the orion, Believe it or not )
