I gave texts to my students and we tried to practice, but they are
slow. In my opinion we can make first shooting this Thursday if your
students have time, and if we are not satisfied, make some additional
shooting later...maybe next Thursday. You didn't tell me how much that
costs?
학생들에게 텍스트를 주었고, 연습중이지만 좀 시간이 걸리네요.
내 생각엔 이번 목요일 시간이 난다면 첫번째 촬영을 해보면 어떨까 해요.
그런 다음 불충분하면 추가촬영을... 다음 목요일쯤 하면...
그런데 페이를 어떻게 하면 좋을지 말 안 해주었지요?

My classes are in HUFS Yongin campus from 11.30 in the morning, with
big break for lunch...and than from 3.30 to 5.30.
수업은 용인에 있는 외대캠퍼스에서 있고, 오전 11:30부터 시작해요. 
점심시간 후에, 다시 3:30-5:30에 계속.

They will need to take bus 1117 in Moran (or Jamsil, or Gangbyeon),
because that bus is coming directly in campus (HUFS is last station).
It takes 1 hour from Moran sometimes, due to traffic. If they want, I
can meet them in Moran station and we can take Taxy. I will need some
phone numbers so we can communicate, my number is 010 44300778
모란(혹은 잠실이나 강변)에서 1117을 타면 곧장 캠퍼스 안으로 들어옵니다. (외대가 종점이에요)
교통사정에 따라 다르지만 대체로는 모란에서 1시간 정도 걸려요.
필요하면 내가 하자학생들을 모란에서 만나서 택시로 움직일 수 있어요.

I don't know about technology of shooting, but we maybe need a bit of
fixed camera. We will need to shoot people's eyes and their mouth
screaming. I hope that is possible.
나는 촬영테크닉은 잘 몰라요. 하지만 아마도 고정된 카메가 있으면 좋을 것 같아요. 
사람들의 눈이나 소리지르는 입 같은 것들을 촬영해야 할 것 같으니. 그런 게 가능하면 좋겠어요.

We need to record one song, just audio, but in environment, we don't
need the clean sound.
그리고 한 노래는, 사운드만 녹음하면 좋겠는데 환경에 따라... 그렇게 깨끗한 소리는 아니어도 되어요.

Part of the material should be taken outside, I hope it will not be rainy.
일부는 야외에서 찍어야 해요. 비가 안 오면 좋을텐데.

Structure of the movie (If possible):
가능하다면, 아래와 같은 영상이 될 거예요.

1. AUDIO:Students singing Worker's leftist song "Long live the work"
(just sound, for introductory info) VIDEO: CLOUDS, TREES, HUMAN HANDS
1. 사운드: 학생들이 운동권 노래 "노동이여 영원하라"를 부른다. (인트로 부분을 위해 사운드만 녹음) 
영상: 구름, 나무들, 사람의 손들

2. SLOW/DEPRESSING PART: AUDIO/VIDEO: Students repeating same short
poem about how beautiful Freedom is, one by one, while doing
repetitive and boring and oppressive everyday things
(make up, dressing, army, baseball, studying, couple body language,
arbait (for arbait we can use one of the university coffee shops,
clean tables etc.), SHOOTING ALWAYS GOING FROM HANDS WORKING OR SOME
OTHER DETAIL, AND THAN THE WHOLE BODY (Zoom out?)
2. 느리고/우울한 부분: 
사운드/영상: 학생들이 동일한 짧은 시를 반복해서 낭송한다.
자유가 얼마나 아름다운지에 관한 시이다. 차례차례 반복적이고, 지루하고, 답답한 일상적인 것들이 보여진다.
(화장, 옷입기, 군대, 야구, 학업, 커플들의 동작, 알바 - 알바부분은 대학커피숍에서 테이블 치우기와 같은 것을 활용)
촬영은 항상 일하는 손이나 그 비슷한 세밀한 것들로 시작해서 전신을 보여주는 식으로 (줌아웃?) 진행된다.

3. QUICK PART: Poem about LIFE with short lines, every student is
saying loudly in front of camera just one line (quick changing of 20
faces)
3. 빠른 부분: 짧은 행들로 구성된, "생명"에 관한 시. 모든 학생들이 카메라 앞에서 큰 소리로 한 줄씩 읽는다.
(20명의 얼굴이 재빨리 교체된다.)

4. SLOW/DEPRESSING PART: AUDIO: 1 voice reading short poem about boy
and mother and feeling not-free
VIDEO: we need just 1 woman eyes and 1 young man eyes in this one,
just eyes, maybe sky. Poem finishes with boys text: I GO OUT IN THE
MIDDLE OF THE ROAD, AND SCREAM AS STRONG AS I CAN
4. 느리고/우울한 부분: 
사운드: 소년과 엄마에 관한 짧은 시를 읽는 목소리와 자유롭지 못한 느낌
영상: 이 부분에서는 여성의 눈과 소년의 눈만 필요하다. 꼭 눈만 있으면 된다. 하늘도 괜찮다.
소년 부분에서 시가 끝난다: 나는 길 한 가운데에서 밖으로 나간다. 그리고 내가 할 수 있는 한 가장 큰 소리를 지른다.

5. QUICK PART: after last line of poem I wanted every student to
scream, one bye one so we can have 20 screams. I wanted to have just
big mouths screaming, without rest of the face.
5. 빠른 부분: 시의 마지막 행 뒤에, 모든 학생들이 소리를 질러야 한다. 차례차례 20명의 학생이 소리 지른다.
아주 큰 입들이 소리를 지르는 것이 보였으면 좋겠다. 얼굴은 보이지 않아야 한다.

6. SLOW/DEPRESSING PART: student reading poem about hope for freedom
from young poet who took his life in 1961. Poem finishes with message:
WHO KNOWS IF FREEDOM WILL SING IN THE SAME WAY SLAVES ARE SINGING
ABOUT IT
During this last poem, pictures should be streets of Korea, Industrial
zone around campus, people on the street, churches...maybe from the
taxy driving around....
6. 느리고/우울한 부분: 1961년에 죽은 젊은 시인이 쓴 자유에 대한 희망을 다룬 시를 학생들이 읽고 있다.
시는 다음과 같은 메시지로 끝난다: 노예가 자유에 대해서 노래하면서 걷던 바로 그 길위에서 자유가 노래하게 될지 누가 알겠는가.
이 마지막 중에, 한국의 거리들, 캠퍼스 근처의 공간구역, 거리의 사람들, 교회들이 보이게 된다.
택시를 타고 부근을 다니면서 찍을 수 있을 것 같다.

7. At the end, we can use student singing again... (like the "strange
singing of freedom" from the last poem)
7. 마지막 부분, 학생들이 다시 노래를 부른다. (마지막 시에 나오는 "희망에 대한 이상한 노래"와 같은 부분)

Later, we will have to edit, put subtitles etc.
그런 후에 편집하고, 자막도 넣읍시다.

in Croatian language)
Video: Girl standing at the door, we see part of the legs and feet
standing firmly. Boy barefoot going away through nature, walking
walking, camera is following him freely, shaking, almost like running
after him, but he is walking away. we mostly see just legs and feet
going away through mud and nature and flowers.
사운드: 학생들이 김소월의 "진달래"를 크로아티아 언어로만 읽는다.
영상: 문 앞에 서있는 소녀. 우리는 다리와 발만 부분적으로 볼 수 있다.
소년의 맨발이 자연속을 걷고 또 걷는다. 카메라는 그를 자유롭게 따라가면서 흔들리고 거의 달리다시피 그를 쫗는다.
그러나는 그는 멀리 걸어가고 있다. 우리는 진흙과 자연과 꽃 속을 걸어가는 다리와 발만을 가까스로 볼 수 있다.

That's it. It sounds complicated, but I think we can do it.
이거예요. 복잡하게 들리겠지만 할 수 있을 거라 생각해요.
