I have to say more in English. I have to use English more.

Today, blood fell down from my nose, in the morning.
a little bit of the blood fell on my cloth when I had ironing.
I was busy because I had to eat breakfast, dry my hair, and put on the clothes. so I was in a hurry.
but the blood fell down on my cloth which I have ironing!

I thought that the reason of falling down blood from my nose is that I didn't go to seelp early these days.....
so I lated for school today.

In the Globish time, I wanted to say more in English but I couldn't.
because If I want to start to say, I couldn't think what is the right Grammer in this situation.
If I think that the better grammer of what I want to communocate, the time is gone and the chance is gone.
but I think that my ability of making sentence in English is better than 2~3 months ago.
