1. some government estates (including shopping malls) are sold to the private sector, then many chain stores substituted local stores.  These kind of "development" changes the choice of residents and affect the living of small shops

정부 관할 지역/건물(쇼핑몰 포함)이 사기업에게 넘어가면서 기존에 있던 지역 마켓들이 체인점, 대형마트로 대체되고 있다. 이런 '개발'은 지역 주민들의 선택 범위를 좌지우지하고 작은 가게들이 살아남지 못하게 만든다.

   2. We have more high-rise building recently, unfortunately, many of them are stood like a huge wall by seasides. As a result, we've got less fresh air in the inner city nowadays.

요즘들어 홍콩에는 저층 빌딩보다 고층 빌딩이 더 많아지고 있는데, 불행히도 이 고층 빌딩들은 해변을 둘러 싼 벽처럼 서있다. 이러한 벽 때문에 도시 중심지역에 사는 사람들은 신선한 공기를 맡을 수가 없다.

   3. Some high ways will established and affect different local communities recently, one of those affected cases is a farming village. The govt said they have no choice to destruct that village, yet some experts said we can simply change a little bit the plan to conserve that.

최근 고속도로 건설이 진행되고 있는데 이 때문에 여러 지역사회가 위협받고 있다. 그 가운데 한 곳은 농촌 마을이다. 정부는 어쩔 수 없이 그 마을을 파괴해야 한다고 하는데 몇 몇의 전문가들이 말하길, 건설 계획을 약간만 수정하면 보존할 수 있다고 한다.

   4. We've got large scale lighting show each night, as a program attracting tourists. Some students concerns if we need to use so many energy and produce that kind of light-pollution.

홍콩에는 매일 밤 관광객들을 위한 큰 규모의 라이팅 쇼가 있다. (조명을 이용한 일종의 퍼포먼스: 심포니 오브 라이트). 몇 몇의 학생들은 이렇게 우리가 에너지를 많이 낭비 하는 '전기오염'을 진행시켜야 할까 질문을 던졌다.

   5. Some of us find we use energy not very well in HKSC, for example, some students forgot to turn off air-conditioners after use. We would also like to know if haja got similar experience and how you raise the consciousness of students and teachers.

몇 몇은 홍콩창의력학교 내에서 에너지를 낭비 하는 것 같다고 말했다. 어떤 학생들은 에어컨을 킨 후 끄고 나오는 것을 잊곤 했다고 한다. 하자에서도 이러한 경험이 있는지, 에너지 절약에 대한 의식을 어떻게 만들어가고 있는지 궁금하다.

   6. Some of us concerns air pollution in HK generally, the others criticized that the greening project in HK is really poor.

홍콩 학생들은 홍콩의 공기오염에 대한 고민이 많다. 또 어떤 학생들은 홍콩의 친환경 프로젝트들이 무능하다고 비판했다.

   7. Some students worried about that HK will lose a good atmosphere for both living and traveling.

몇 몇의 학생들은 홍콩이 여행을 하기도, 삶을 가꾸어 나가기도 힘든 환경이 될 것이라고 걱정했다.

By the way, most of our students are living in high rise  building, from middle to lower middle classes families.

홍콩 창의력 학교 학생들은 대부분 고층 빌딩에 살고 있고, 중산층, 하위 중산층이 많다고 한다.
