Minority.
It is very relative ideas, the minority problem is very important issue in situation of burma. because SPDC doesn't admit them. for example Woman, children and small ethnic groups. In fact, They are also the people who lives in burma, but They have no rights, no protections, no benefits. and they have no enough power to against to the SPDC.
이것은 상대적인 개념이에요. 버마의 상황에서 소수자문제는 굉장히 중요한 이슈 중 하나입니다. 왜냐하면 SPDC가 그들을 인정하지 않기 때문입니다. 예를 들어 여성, 아동, 소수민족이 그러합니다. 사실 그들은 버마에 살고 있는 사람이지만, 권리도 없고 보호 받을 수 없고, 혜택도 누릴 수 없습니다. 그리고 SPDC에 저항 할 힘도 충분치 않습니다.

동녘 - Ethnicity
A social, cultural and historic group which has their own meaningful culture, history and relationship.
In Burma, There are more than 100 ethnicities including minor ethnicities. Each ethnicity lives having pride of their culture, history themselves. The ethnicity is very important thing themselves. Because through it, they can know where they have come, where they're belonging who they are with and who they are, themselves.
The name 'Burma' is the name of the most ethnicity in Burma. Since SPDC has had authority, SPDC has suppressed minor ethnicities and forced them to be under Military government. Before the military government, Burma was a colony of England and Japan. Many people protested for their independence.
Nowadays, Even military government is distorting the history of many other ethnicities beside Burmese and suppressing their cultures, languages to make people obey military government.
On the other hand, Many ethnic group against Dictatorship are making efforts to protect their ethnicities. They're trying to not lose their languages and cultures, because These are the identity of themselves, and Protection might be one of the movement to live as them freely with democracy.

난민들은 법적으로 정체성을 가지고 있지 않다. 하지만 민족성은 가지고 있다. 법적으로 정체성을 가지고 있지 못하니 많은 것들이 제재된다. 통행, 취업 등. 법적으로는 "없는 사람"이니 자신들은 사회에 나가서는 아무것도 될 수 없고 가지고 있는 것이 아무것도 없다고 한다.

hps는 장애인들도 disabled people이 아닌 marginalized people로 부르고 있다. 소수자, 사회적으로 소외된 자.
